Romania travel is still exciting and a little bit wild. On the surface things have changes in Romania and a lot of things seem similar to the ways of Western Europe. YOU can catch a train from Cluj Napoca to Baia Mare that is newer than any train I have been on in England, it is brand new, state of the art and no doubt paid for by the European community. But the old ways of travelling are still here as well. If you want to make your way across the countryside by just travelling on a horse and cart, you can. It will take you awhile but you can do it. Try doing that in England
