Sandboarding in the dunes in the western desert are some of the biggest in the world.

What is nice is like the die hard surfers who will go to any lengths to catch the perfect wave, you normally have to go far into the desert to reach the large dunes... but not here in Siwa. 100 meter high dunes are five minutes from the tarmac and we have yet to check them all out, but we believe there are some 300 meter high dunes half an hours drive from the main road.

		To have one of the best sand board runs in the world... all to your self and be back for a swim before sunset is a must for any serious sand boarders or snow boarders who fancy a snow boarding holiday in the sun.
